We do not offer exchanges if you purchase the wrong size for this reason, so please make sure you refer to our size guide carefully. We are always happy to help with sizing advice so just email us with any queries.
In the rare event of a garment arriving to you in faulty condition please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
As all our items are handcrafted, VivaLaCity does not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind. All sales are final. We will cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 10 hours after placing the order and refund will be processed through the same online mode within 10 working days.
No refunds/ exchanges will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Exchange and refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
- Items should be returned unused and with all labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Returns, if any, need to be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- If you wish to exchange or return an order please email us
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
